How long will my order take?

The shipping and handling process takes between 5 - 8 days from the date of placing your order. Please be aware that due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, delays are possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but eventually. Stay tuned! Sign up for emails for updates. :)

What is the return/refund policy?

There are no returns or refunds. All sales are final. Although, if an item is received damaged, I will gladly replace (excluding originals).   Please send an brief explanation along with a photo of the damaged item in an email to MaileCristina_Artist@yahoo.com. 
Do you do commissions?
I have a few slots open for "Pawtrait" commissions. All pet portraits are done on an 8x10 white bristol paper using Charcoal pencil. $100 per portrait. An extra $5 per pet to additionally include in the same portrait. (Max 3 pets total). I will provide 2 email proofs to let you know the progress before the third and final is sent for approval. Please see the Pawtraits page in the Main Menu. Just a reminder, the highest resolution photo reference you provide me will help me best capture your fur baby.
